Please know that I have two different wig types in my store. The first is a standard couture styled wig. These are standard practice wigs that are easy to wear and full bodied. The second style is the lace front professional wig. These wigs are used by the theatres and professionals alike. A wide lace piece is seen in front of the hair, to which the fine hairs at the hairline are hand sewn. This will give you the illusion of a natural hairline and one that no one will be able to tell you're wearing a wig. It will look like your hair. Please know that lace front wigs take time, practice, and patience to properly wear. I try to provide all instructions. I only use high quality wigs that feel and look like real hair. These are not cheap costume wigs; they are made to withstand years of use. All my wigs are standard size. If you are afraid of fit, please contact me and we can discuss how to measure to make for an accurate fit.
Yes! I include a brochure of instructions for proper use of your wig with tips to help you wear them comfortably! Please make sure to read the brochure that comes with your wig and contact me should you have any questions!
All the wigs seen are made for adult heads. If you require a child wig, please contact us with the circumference of your childs head

Generally, orders ship in 3-5 weeks unless otherwise noted on the item page. US orders are shipped priority mail, unless other options are approved and purchased. Allow 24-48 hours for tracking
International customers: Please check standard postal times from US. I cannot be responsible for items being held in your customs and it can take up to 2 weeks to clear! Please also be aware that you must pay country duties and taxes for import! We are not responsible for that
Custom requests are always welcome but please know that sometimes we wont be able to take them on. Please, do not buy a listing and ask for changes without first asking.
Unfortunately, we do not offer restyles.

Wigs cannot be returned. They are all custom made to order and for hygienic reasons I will not accept any wig back for a refund. If you are unhappy, please contact me so we can discuss your situation!
